ALL sales are final, no cancelations or returns. If you notice an issue after placing an order (e.g. wrong size/colour) then please contact me ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I ship internationally! however I do not take any responsibility for customs charges that may occur so please do look up customs/fee charges before you make your purchase.
How long are your dispatch times?
All embroidered items are MADE TO ORDER and take up to 7-14 days to dispatch, this includes seconds/clearance items (this can vary depending on time of year e.g. Christmas so please keep that in mind if you need an item by a certain time and contact to see if it can be done.)
How long does it take for my order to arrive after dispatch?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail
UK orders take 2-5 business days
International can take up to 2-4 weeks (can be longer depending on time of year)
What happens if my order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged?

Can I order an item in a different colour?
ALL embroidered items can come in any colour you'd like, drop an email to me with your preferred colour and I can see if it's possible!
Do you do custom t-shirts/sweatshirts?
Email me in regards to custom goods and I'll see what I can do!
